By engaging with our offerings, you consent to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Legal Services

Our team provides customized assistance related to real estate matters. Deliverables and timelines will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Information Products

We offer digital materials, guides, and templates. Access is granted electronically upon purchase.

4. Goods

We may offer tangible items such as printed materials or branded merchandise.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. Payments must be made through the available methods indicated on purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

6. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a service within 30 days of the original appointment without additional fees. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via our Contact Us form.

7. Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction across all offerings. The following refund guidelines apply:

• Legal Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of payment. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 10 business days. After work has commenced or documents have been drafted, refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of legal support.
• Information Products: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• Goods: Physical items may be returned in original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued within 10 business days, excluding shipping fees.

To initiate a refund, please submit a request via our Contact Us form with your order details. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transfer of a service appointment credit to another date is available in lieu of a refund, subject to availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

LegalEdge's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseen damages.
